i don't know if this is a filipino thing or what
but my dad always makes beef-potato-cabbage soup
and sometimes he throws in those big chunky round bones that look like donuts
and inside the donut-shaped bone hole is that squishy brown cube of bone marrow
do you know what i'm talking about?
well i freakin love it
but the thing is, that squishy brown yummness is the size of a sugar cube and usually there's only one or two of them in the whole pot
and hmm there is no poetic way to say this so i'll just say it straight out
Christmas is coming up y'all...i don't want any presents, i just want a spoon and a big ass bowl of bone marrow
