we repotted the succulents into these shot glasses (pack of six for $3 from ikea)
and a simple beige bowl (79 cents, also from ikea)
cost breakdown:
83 cents - per plant (from Exotic Succulents)
79 cents - bowl
50 cents - each shot glass
took about ten minutes to re-pot all of them
since the containers don't have drainage holes, take special care not to overwater
just dampen the soil once every 12 days or so
super easy!
i didn't make this one, m got it from home depot (for $9! gah)
we can so make these ourselves
