A long time ago there was a book titled, "The Bronx Zoo", written about the 1977-1978 NY Yankees by their relief pitcher, Sparky Lyle. It was a good book, as baseball-player-written books go...at least I think it was; I haven't read it in decades.
I do remember that Lyle was a very good pitcher and won the 1977 Cy Young award as the American League's top pitcher...
This seems irrelevant and is probably inappropriate but I'm saying it anyway: near the beginning of the book Lyle talked about winning the award and what it represented. He spoke of his pride in earning it, and said he might build a lighted case and keep it on his front lawn...
But then, thinking about his accomplishment, Lyle said: "Now I can fart in public."

I'd say a registered nurse can fart in public any time she damn well pleases. :D

Congratulations, C! The door is open; you kicked it good! :)
