i've been meditating at least an hour each day
sometimes two or longer
i've thought of myself as a relatively kind person. i try to be, anyway.
i'm finding that i'm not so much. kind that is.
it's okay. this is reality
i'm learning who i am
Thrangu Rinpoche, a living
Mahamudra master, once said (in the book “Pointing Out the Dharmakaya”),
“sometimes you have a really bad thought when you meditate.”
And to
stress the point he added, “No I mean a really bad thought!”
When the laughter subsided he went on to say, “No problem. Just keep meditating.”
