starting in downtown LA and ending at the beach, the street was closed off to cars
thousands of people came out to walk or ride their bikes/skateboards/scooters/rollerblades. i even saw a lady on a bike with 14 live cockatiels sitting on her shoulders (woah that's a big necklace. why is her necklace moving? omg those are birds)
luckily for us our house was along the route

response to the congestion and pollution of city streets. Now they
happen throughout Latin America and the United States.
we had so much fun! i'm feeling it in my butt though, need to sit very slowly
